WMP 9 Feedback & Experience

hi all,

happy new year to you all! WMP9 is finally here and am wondering who has tried it? noticed any improvement on both the audio/video quality at all? feel free to share!

I got when the first beta was out, and now have the final; I must say its pretty nice! Nice interface, nothing too new but a nice program if youre going for "eye candy". An excellent feature is when you minimize the program in xp, you can have it make an additional taskbar (pretty small) with ff/rw/stop/pause/play options. Very neat If you like WMP, then this is a must! And hey, if you don't like it, you can always "system-restore" your system to the previous version of WMP.

cool! i think i might give it a try! i think it's a bit annoying for M$ not to have this program installed just like other programs (from add/remove programs), instead of using the "system restore" facility to roll back to previous version as i do not use it at all.

is the official site the only site to offer those skins? do you know any other good ones? thanks.

I dont really care for different skins in MP, but i know that theres an option to "download more skins" in the options tab which i presume sends you to the download page.
