Sound doesn't match video

I have been coverting some videos to SVCD format with TMPEnc 2.5 and i seem to have a problem with sound not matching the frames of the video. Frames moves faster than the sound so it gets delayed. Can anyone help me fix this.

(I assume you're playing back the SVCD on a standalone DVD player hooked up to a television - the ONLY purpose for which an DVCD is intended)

Try changing the audiostream rate to 44,100 Hz from 48,000Hz...
