Slow Motion

Hi all,
I'm using Windows XP with WMP 7.1. Recently I got a DivX avi and when I tried to open it in WMP, got no sound and the video stream was like a slow motion movie. Then I tried to open the same file using DivX Player 2.0 Alpha and got the same results. After that I installed Nimo 5.0 Build9Beta1. Now I can hear the sound very well but the video stream is still terribly lagging in WMP. In DivX Player 2.0 Alpha I'm still hearing no sound and can't enable full screen view or fast forward as well. What do you think it's resulting from?

try loading gspot, and post here everything you see(screen capture would be nice)

or try it in virtualdub.

first, to get rid of the slow playback, close all unnecesary programs(ctrl+alt+del and close all programs except explorer)

second, in the nimo pack get only the intervideo ac3 codec. Probably the .52b(or .62b). but i dont know if this will delete your other nimo codecs...
