GeForce Tweak Utility has an option to disable TwinView. I no longer have this card so my memory is a bit hazy on it.

AFAIK Twinview is enabled only when the graphic card is connected to the TV via its TV-out jack. When disconnected from the TV, Twinview is automatically and promptly disabled.
