    Nero 6 Ultra Edition

Hi there. When I try to use the new Nero to capture video, the Program just shuts off completely. I can see the video feed and can hear the audio, but when I push the record button, Nero closes. I can capture fine with Virtual dub but having on luck with Nero. I wnat to try Nero because it is supposed to capture directly to either VCD or SVCD,and even DVD. Maybe someone has an idea. I know this Nero is brand new, but I thought maybe someone has had the same problem and has figured it out.

    Thanx in Advance.

I have exactly the same problem. I have written Ahead, but not heard back yet. If I can't get this to work, I'm going to return Nero 6 and see if I can find other burner software. Any recommendations?

WINOn 6 is a really good burning software. I changed to Nero because 99 % of all the user help groups deal with Nero. But if its not going to do the job i need it to do, then Ill change back to Winon 6..
Let me know if you hear anything ok..
      Thanx again..

The Nero 6 recode package can actually balls up your system completely. Ahead have screwed up a few things that they are looking into to get fixed.
