i have so much trouble with my divx player its driving me insane.
i get the usual audio tag 8192 problem, which is AC3. i installed the AC3 codec & still get the same error. i also tried the AC3 codec from the nemo codec pack but the sound is garbled.
i also had same problem with mp3 playback, even though i had the radium mp3 codec installed.
as always - no problem playing any file in media player, but the only reason i use divx is due to its ability to change the aspect ratio so that I can watch it through my non wide screen tv.
does anyone know another way to change aspect ratio? or a player that is less buggy than divx or even how to fix the above.
i could use vdub to reformat but i'd rather not mess around with what should be a perfectly good video file.
