    only dts and read disc problem

    when i use dvdshrink 3.0 and strip everything (all menus, extras, etc.)but movie and dts soundtrack it will not read the disc in my denon1600. It does read when I leave all sound (acs3 and dts etc.), but cannot select dts without menu. any clues??? using plextor 8x px-708a dvd drive and windows xp. I have no problems with compusa and ridate 1x with dvdshrink and Nero ultra 6 otherwise on denon. what am i doing wrong. thanks

    Select by using the "Audio" button on your remote...

      thanks for the remote control feedback.....I would still like to know about the other issue in that if I strip all audio except DTS it will not read in my Denon 1600....any clues? thanks

        If you're saying that your Denon doesn't recognize the DVD at all, I'd suggest to you that this is unrelated to deleting particular audiostreams. (I would suspect either a bad piece of media or a bad burn)

        Does the DVD "package" on your hardrive, created by DVD Shrink, playback (as "DVD", NOT individual .VOBs) on your standalone, under a software DVD player such as WinDVD?

          it wont play in my computer dvd player......is this just a bad disc or burn?....it is a 1x ridata....thanks

              so there should be no reason that selecting dts only audio would create a read problem for my denon??? thanks for all the help!!!!
