External Scan Converter Vs Video Card TV Out
Hello to everyone !!!
I want to see DVD, DivX, S(VCD) 's files from my computer in my TV but I don't have a Video Card with TV Out.
I have seen adverticed some external PC to TV scan converters like Focus Enhancements TView Gold with the following features :
