need help with copying dvd's to blank dvd's using burner

just bought a dvd-r/+r burner and i am wondering how i go about copying my old dvds to dvd+r's using my burner. how would i go about and what programs will i need?

A solid set of software would be DVD Shrink (devrypt, compress, copy) and NERO (burn)...

ok setarip, thanks...but on dvdshrink.org it only specifies the file from dvd shrink able to burn onto dvd-r. will the same file also burn on dvd+r?
