Hopefully im on the right track, I ripped Fast and the furious using smart ripper to 2 files (Audio & Video) and dropped them into DVDIT and the disc was 5.4GB - TOO BIG
However if i used the Encode to Dolby instead of Convert to PCM the disc was right down to 3.8GB
Will have a try with the VCDs again and see how I go......
