    Want permanent sub

Hi this is my first post
i have been making a lot of Div-x with my DVDs
but i ran into this problem about a week ago and now i am fully stuck
I am Japanese and a great fan of Anime
i have a lot of anime DVDs (PAL)
but the problem is i want to enjoy both the Japanese audio and English subtitles on my div-x
but when I use flask and choose the subtitle it dosent come up
I am just wondering if anyone can help me since i am running short on my temper

      for permanent guides use vobsub
for additional srt or similar files you will find quite some tools for extracting subs from your vob files.

go to doom9.org and check the subtitle guides

thanx a million i got the subtitles up
by using virutal dub and a subtitle reader
              but one more problem
my original without subtitiles was 700Mb
but after adding subtitles it goes down to 4ooMb
              and quality lowers
              how can i fix that?

hm what settings did u use in virtual dub?
u needed video-full processing mode nor?
                SBC-Settings: Bitrate?

i had the bitrate on 1300 on the original file size 883Mb
then when adding subtitles i made my first one file size 400Mb
                  with a bitrate of 1000!!!!
the quality was no where near 1000 kbps
                  can you help me?

                    try using a higher bitrate
best u try encoding just a little bit to check out the quality
if u match the quality try whole video (think it shouldnt get bigger than the last 800 mb)
