Hello,
I'm developing a program in C++ that reads a pre-coded h263 video file and stream it to a remote client by RTP.
I nead to compute a timestamp for each video frame based on the 90Khz clock to include in the RTP packet.
I don't know really well how I can implement this.
If anyone have already worked with this and can give me some help I will really apreciate.
