Dual layer DVD-R??

Does anyone know if dual layer DVD-R or DVD-RW is going to be released???

Not in the next 5 years I think.
The production process of a dual layer DVD -R is complicate because of the semipermeable first layer.

I agree, I think that because of the problems with 2 layer domestic burners may never see the light of day. Other forms of storage will almost certainly bypass the issue.
