How to use the embedded files in a OGM file (DVDtoOgm)

I have added two files (A jpeg (DVD cover) and a XLM (description of the movie)) when creating an Ogm file with “DVDtoOgm”. I would like to know how to access this information.

If there are third part application that will do this, or if there are library files available which I could write an application around could you please let me know.

There is no chance to add Informationfiles to a Ogm-File. The "ADD"-Option in the Bitrate Tab only means that you can Add File Sizes, of Files you want to burn to the CD as well. So DVDtoOgm saved the space for them. The files are NOT muxed in the OGM!
