i believe the problem is solely with avi files, iv got spiderman2 and im trying to play it...it works fine in winamp but wont play video in divx or windows media player. (sound works fine in all players.) which would be fine but winamp doesnt run very well on my computer.
downloaded ffsdshow and install it, didnt seem to have any effect, i didnt check all the boxes though, i left them all on default. should i check all the boxes on ffdshow instal and try again?
heres my gspot screen shot, not really sure what any of this means. im familiar with computers but this is only the second movie iv downloaded...the first was off of irc and it seemed to work really easily where as this is from p2p and i just dont understand the problem.
