    Win'98 MPEG problem

Here's my problem: I have a sampler CD of MPEG clips and it will play on one of my computers but the other gives me a small window with the message "can not play MPEG Video"! They both have the same version of Win'98SE and FFDSHOW on them.

I CAN play the files individually if I use MS Media Player or RealPlayer but the "Video CD player" that is part of Windows 98(???) won't play own it's own. Any Ideas ??? Thanks

As far as I know, the only video players included with Windows 98 are Windows Media Player and DVDPLAY.EXE. DVDPLAY.EXE requires that YOU provide the necessary MPEG-2 codecs/filters in order tp use it for playback of DVDs...
