Video on PDA from memory card

Evenin' all,

I've recently bought a PDA (for sat nav use) and I know it is possible to shrink DVD movies down to fit on a memory card (I have 256 and 512 MB sd cards).
I've also bought a bumper DVD full of PDA software App's games etc, which includes several programs for shrinking to mem card:

1click DVD to AVI
Movie2Memcard
WMEncoder
DVD2PPC122full
and other stuff

I realise the quality will be a bit lacking (but then it's only a small screen) but I thought that squashed kids movies might keep my 6 yr old son amused on longer car journeys.

Has anyone got any advice about the best way to do it?

I don't know how to do it but, i my dad has a pda and its surprising how gd the quility acctually is! He has some stuff on it, u just plug the head phones in and the quility is really gd!
