Good (offline) NanDub Guide(s)?

Hi!

Since NanDub is THE tool for superb quality MPEG4v2 videos I want to use it.

But since it's also very complicated to use I'm searching for good NanDub guides (preferrably "offline" versions since I pay my internet per minute and can't stay online all the time to read the online guides).

OK - if anyone has Links to good NanDub guides - here's the place to post them
