new guy, need help with audio problem

hey im new at this and I need some help:

in an avi file that was converted from a ripped dvd, my audio is stretched when I view the movie in the divx player but when i bring it into Terabits AVI Info program there is no difference between the movie and the audio, am I doing something wrong, is there another way to fix the audio probelm?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

What is the format of the audio stream?

Is it truly stretched, or merely out of synchronization?

thanks i got it figured out, it was just the player i was using, the divx player, it didnt work but i fouind another player that works fine,

a new problem, im trying to make a file small enough to burn on 1 cd but when i go to re-flask it , the movie has no audio, when i play it in flask before conversion there is also no audio, what did i do, did i change any settings?
