Resize Mpg2 ?

hello people.

i have DVB files recorded from sat.

i want to resize without re encoding , to remove the black band tu cut the "-12" logo

tmpgenc plus for mpeg1/2
use the cropping filter

As far as I know, both programs recommended by "tigerman8u" require re-encoding...

as far as i know, the only way you can crop a video without encoding is using your software player to zoom in on the video.

if you intend to keep the video on your PC, you can use 'media player classic' to play your video without any annoying logo's

i am going to down these appz and try them.
my goals are to make DVD from captured sat movie .
but i dont want the "-12" and the logo sat channel.
