Quality issue

Hi,
I need an opinion...
Do I achieve a better quality by copying and burn a DVD using DVD Decrypter or using Nero 6 and DVD Shrink software, and copy all the files with it?
I want to copy the whole film and it fits a DVD disc without needing to "shrink" it!

The result will be same.

If you run the files thru DVD Shrink and it don't need any compression - the only thing DVD Shrink does is to do a simply copy and it will not touch the files.
