Should I buy oem nec 3520a and Nero 6

Hi, all
I'm new to all this. Should I buy nero 6 with an nec 3520a (to copy dvds with dvdshrink) or should I just buy the nec 3520a retail with its ULEAD burner software?

Ulead's software is more for video editing and authoring. However I have never had any problems burning with Ulead software.
An excellent combination for copying dvd's is Dvddecrypter and Dvdshrink and both are free.
