Conversion problems with sliding text from Adobe Premiere Pro

When I convert stuff with Adobe Premiere Pro, what I convert them into is DV AVI because if I try to convert it into DivX or XVID or any lossless codec, the files become corrupted and either have noise for the most part of the picture of are unviewable.

So using DV AVI, every time I load the file into WMP, sliding text becomes weirdlooking, but it's perfectly fine when I view it in Media Player Classic. The problem is that when I use Virtualdub or VirtualDubMod to re-encode it into DivX or something, the sliding text looks funny as well and it ends up looking funny in the final encode.

It's even worse sometimes with half of the text being transluscent and distorted (every other pixel).

Now why is this happening and how do I solve this? And how do I fix Premiere?
