    burnt dvds keep skipping on media player but fine on computer dvd player

    Hi,

    my burnt dvd keep skipping when I play them on my brand new dvd player but are fine when I view them on my computer, can you help please, as well I had some vcd copyied of digital camera photos done and cartoon copyied as well on vcd. They played fine when I was overseas but back home my dvd player can't recognise them and says "no mp3 files" please help

      Some settop DVD players can play many different kind of video formats. However, some will play poorly or won't play VCD discs at all. My old Panasonic DVD player only plays the original or DVD-R and reject all DVD+R, DVD+/-RW, or VCD discs. DVD players are inexpensive now. You can buy a multiple-format for less than $70 (remember to bring the DVD or VCD discs for testing the players)
