Heye all..
Just got myself an Acer Mediagateway... awesome machine
It has a 54mbit wireless module built in and I have an Accesspoint also 54 mbit.
Both are running full speed, i recently watched a TV episode of the 4400 in xvid.
Perfect picture no stutter in sound and video whatsoever...
Then I tried to watch an episode of supernatural HDTV and AC3.. and when there was alot going on "fire and stuff" it gor all choppy.
I was running an old codec of xvid, i downloaded the newest (haven´t tried it yet though) and AC3 filter.
Is there something I could do to minimize the chopping of sound and video in those certain places of the tv-shows ???
Different codecs ???
Or is the bitrate too high ??? I got 54 mbit throughput sender and transmitter are nomore than 12 meters apart....
