Bad drive or bad media? v.2

i burned a dvd a few days ago to free up some space on my disk...mostly mp3 and some video files...

today i wanted to listen to some of the music from theis dvd...and media player reporter a damaged or dirty disc message error...and disc isnt dirty nor damaged(scratched...)
ive run scan disc in nero dvd speed tool and it turned out that i had only 14% good areas...how is that possible when its a new traxdata 8x disc...my drive is nec n2510???

Your firmware supports that media if it's ritek g05's.

update nero, old versions hoses bitsetting
                  burn slower(4x) not 8x

there have been problems with the ritek G05's
                  less with the traxdata?

try another data dvd at slower speed
