Main Movie vs. Remake

I only back up the main movie. Being a former DVDShrink user I've automatically picked up the habit of choosing remake when I switched to Recode. Quality-wise is the main movie back up the same as remake back up (choosing only the main movie)? Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks for the reply benbryant. But what I wanted to know is if there is any difference between Recode Main Movie from Recode Remake(main movie choice). If there is, I was hoping someone could give a comparison similar to the link you provided.

at this point, the output quality of shrink and recode2 is the same. this is so when main movie only or entire disc. recode2 is a little faster than shrink, that's all.
