converting avi or mpeg to TS transport stream

    Hi

I also want to create a TS file (mpeg transport stream)
    from an avi or mpeg.
There are several tools vice versa (ProjectX).

I have a movie and want to watch it on my dreambox.
Of course I could burn it as a DVD, but through dreambox is easier, as I have a big harddisk there.

So how can I create a compliant TS file (such as the dreambox produces).

With ProjectX it is somehow possible when the original file is MPEG, but
unfortunately when I converted it to TS, audio disappeared....

    thanks

I'm not sure ProjectX can do it, but ffmpeg can:

      Code:
      ffmpeg.exe -i input.avi -vcodec copy -acodec copy -f mpegts output.ts
