LiteOn firmware ? Latest version or all ?

Hope this is the proper forum, if not I'm sure it will get properly placed.
Am using an older LiteOn 812S burner that has NOT been upgraded.
Original firmware is USO5 (pre 3-16-04).
Will the latest upgrade #DR8USOS.ZIP (9-12-05) catch all of the previous
upgrades...SOQ 7-22-04; SON 5-26-04; SOJ 4-26-04; SOF 4-2-04;
and SOA 3-16-04, or should I upgrade each individually?
The LiteOn site @ liteonit.com.tw states " It's NOT NECESSARY to
upgrade the firmware of your opto-drive unless you meet (encounter)
a problem.
Should I be doing this at all, since I have had NO reading or writing
problems with CDs or DVDs using assorted media brands?

don't update nothing if all is well. and the other part of your question, IF it was the case you needed to update, you'd get the most recent one--that's it.
