I bought a Sony External DVD Burner. It is a USB 2.0 plug and play. I can not get it to work on my laptop or desktop. I tried both Nero 7 and DVD Shrink on both and no luck. When I tried Nero it gave me a "unable to create disk structure" message. With Shrink it said something about address no found or something. Can anyone help?
