    sound problem-need help

Alright, im very new here, so i want to thank you in advance for any help i may recieve. Anyways, I have a mp4 video that the sound is offset with the video. In other words you can watch the video but the sound comes after they say something. I would really appreciate any help on how to fix this or if I can't, how to prevent it.

    Thanks, Ryan

Should be able to adjust the delay with mp4box/yamb. As to how to prevent it. How did you create the mp4?

It was a video of a concert a friend of mine sent to me, and the playing is just like a second off. I got the mp4box/yamb thing, but i have no clue on how to use it to fix anything.

Extract audio and video, then remux and use the media delay option for the audio.

Do you know any good programs for converting mp4 into avi, because i can't use those extraction features unless it's an avi
