What version of Nero & have you checked the settings in Dvd Shrink for burning with Nero?

Then uncheck it, create an ISO in Dvd Shrink & burn with ImgBurn.

ImgBurn is a lightweight CD / DVD / HD DVD / Blu-ray burning application that everyone should have in their toolkit... and it's free!

you have to install dvd shrink after nero so i would advise that you uninstall dvd shrink then reinstall this should solve your problem
