A couple censorship editing questions

Ok, I'm using Ulead VideoStudio 10 and basically what I'm doing is making a small funny video and I have a few questions.

I've been looking for the 'bleep' sound effect all day and I cannot find one. I want it to be just the standard sounding one and it needs to be the entire thing, no background noise and the best quality possible.

Also, how would I make a blur effect around a persons mouth during the video.

Wow there is a video studio 10 now?

Now, it might sound better to use an instrumental. If you need any, let me know.

I suggest using Audacity or Nero Wave Editor (Audacity is better) for the audio, just go in VS and save as WAV.

And for the blur effect, you could use a black BMP as an overlay, getting a black square over the mouth.

Yeah it I meant people talking. Click the link I posted, you'll see what I mean.

So is there no way to do the blur affect? I can get any other program I don't have to use that one, my computers just kinda slow and that was the fastest program I've found.

LOL Ulead goes slow as h*** for me, you are lucky.

I have attached the beep sound, it is less than one second, repeat if nessecary.

Like I said, put a black square over the person's mouth, if you want, once you get the video good, send it to me and I can do that for you.
