    Windows media player video problem

I want to burn a WMP video on a DVD and be able to play it on a desktop DVD player.
    There are no VOB files.
How i will do it and what applications i will use?

Depending on the format of the windows media player file, and the resolution, you could use TMPGenc DVD Author to do the job. I've taken mpeg-2 formatted .mpg files with a resolution of 320x240 and processed them with this program and they came out decently. You're main concern will be how good of a resolution the file is, and if the format is supported. Just click the link above and check it out.

    Regards,
