    Post DVD Recorders

    Hi,

While I was out shopping I saw a DVD Recorder that I was going to buy. However, I remember seeing that the dsk formats are DVD-R and DVD-RW. Is this good recorder?? Anone have recorders like this?? What are the Pros and Cons?? Is the format not really a issue??

    Thanks,

Thanks for replying! I did a test burn using this DVD recorder. I burned a TV Show on a DVD-RW disk and I finalized the disk using the recorder. I was able to watch the disk using a regular DVD player. However, I was unable to view the disk on my computer, which says that it takes all formats. What's the problem?? I wanted to use the DVD-RW disk because I thought it would allow me the option to edit the video.

    Thanks,
