Quicktime to avi

Hi guys

New here need help i have tryed to Convert a quicktime movie to avi it seems to have done it ok but when i come to play it back all i get is a big Q insted of the movie u can see the bar at the bottom moving as if it is playing the movie but all i get is the a big Q on screen.

any help would be a great help thanks in advance

did not work

i don't know why but i think the movie i want to watch only works when it connects to the net? still get the Q when trying to play back the converted file on the screen.

this is the file that i want to make into a movie to watch on the PC and to put on to my phone 3gp.

you'll need the actual file on your hard disk first-- can't frameserve from the web :^)

i have tryed to get the file but still getting the play.qtl
and thats only 192bytes.

So how do i get the MR_Saber_Duel_web.mov i have tryed every thing would like to get hold of this movie.

Open up the qtl file in a text editor and get the real URL.
