Post Help! Strange standalone I00 file

    Hello,
I'm using Tevion media (which works flawlessly for backing up ps2 games,)
and alcohol 1.92.1705, or any other program you can reccommend
I recently downloaded Suikoden III (after my original copy wont load my saves at a certain point in the game, which Konami has confirmed as an actual game error, anyway)
Suikoden III itself contains one file in the .zip.
This file is a I00 file, which is approximately 3.99 GB in size, and that's it.
The problem is there is no MDS file which I can utilize to burn the image, and no other I01\I02 files as the entire game fits on the I00 file, (I assume.)
Please tell me, is there anyway I can convert this file, to give\get it's MDS file back, or create one period, or any other method in order for a successful file to burn (.cue, .bin, in backup PS2 case .MDS\.MDF)
Iv'e been at this for weeks but noone has asked my question, and no forum has helped. Thanks in advance,

    Welcome to the <a href="http://forum.digital-digest.com/faq.php?faq=vb_faq#faq_new_faq_item" target="_blank">Digital Video Forums</a> indignation!

Have you tried to burn it with ImgBurn?
