    RV-Media Announces JPEG2000 SDK!

    RV-Media Has issued on the market the free-of-charge version of the components and intends further strenuously to develop this direction of development. Supervising persons of the company declare that to the end of year will be ready commercial decisions for coding images and video optimized under various problems, with use of the advanced technologies.

    At the moment SDK includes the following opportunities:

    • Supports RGB, Grayscale images, ICC profiles

    • High level C ++ libraries for decoding

    • Full DCI compliance (ISO/IEC15444-1 Profile-3 and Profile-4)

    • Multi-resolution decoding (decoding of thumbnails)

    • Additional decoder options to fine tune speed/quality ratio


    RV-Media Also conducts development on porting SDK under various platforms. It is actively developed versions DSP of codecs.
