Autoboot Problem.

I am running windows 98se, whenever I put a DVD in my DVD drive Decrypter software boots up, how can I stop this from happening? I would like to clean my dvd drive but I can not get the autoboot software that came with the cleaning disc to boot because Decrypter keeps comming up. I would like to be able to associate my dvd drive with different software at different times.
