I too keep getting Nero burn errors. I've probably copied at least 100 DVDs so far so I am not new to this. I even did the 'clean' thing on the Nero website. Here is the data from Nero...

i'm trying to think, what the heck is goin on to do this

no multitasking while burning is a good policy!

            DVD burning error with Nero

The disc mfg is something I will keep in mind in the future but I have already used at least 75 of these and there were no problems. I just trashed a lot of stuff off of my hard drive. I'm going to try and run this from my desktop instead of my work laptop. There should be a lot more available space and it does have the same version of Nero. Hopefully that will work and I will let you know. Thanks Nancy

My boyfriend just informed me that RAM and disc space are two different things. Everyone can stop scratching their heads now. I said I knew what I was doing but now I'm not so sure.

Posting the Nero log would be a good start. There is also another burning program you could try which also creates a burn log. Using this other program will also show if it's a problem with Nero.

ImgBurn is a lightweight CD / DVD / HD DVD / Blu-ray burning application that everyone should have in their toolkit... and it's free!
