    FAQ: How To Post A Nero Burn Log by the LT.

    How to post your Nero burn log

    Go to "My computer" , click C:/ProgramFiles/Ahead/Nero/NeroHistory.log

    NERO 7 users: ----------->C:\ProgramFiles\Nero\Nero 7\Core\NeroHistory.log

    Nero 8 users try
    C:\Documents and Settings\Your Username\Application Data\Nero\Nero8\Nero Burning ROM\
    and under Vista try
    C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\Roaming\Ahead\Nero Burning Rom\

    In here, usually there are several logs together. It's important to get the correct one to determine the cause of your problem. Below is an example of 2 seperate logs back to back, each assigned thier own color to make it easy to see what one complete log looks like.

    Note that the logs have dates and times and that the most recent is at the very bottom. When you have located the correct one, simply use your mouse to highlight it, right click and select "copy". when you want to post it in a thread, just right click and select "paste".
