Nero is a little old, get 6.6.0.18 here:

Last possible write address on media: 2297887 (510:38.37, 4488MB)
Last address to be written: 2286143 (508:01.68, 4465MB)
You are attempting to burn too close to the edge of the disc. Reduce your target size to 4300 in DVD Shrink/Recode.

    Disc Manufacturer: CMC MA - G. AM3
Disc Application Code: 64, Disc Physical Code: 193
Terrible quality blank media which produce spotty results...try some quality Verbatim (MIJ or MIT) or Maxell (MIJ only).

These are Nero's own packet writing drivers that step all over Nero's own toes. I suggest removing completely from your PC via this clean tool.

i have the exact same drive. CMC's work great on it for me, but i have not updated to TS0J yet. also i haven't used that media ID

      Disc Manufacturer: CMC MA - G. AM3
i'd try some SONY discs, never had a coaster ever from sony 08d1 media. i can tell you from my experience at least, they work well with that drive. you should get rid of INcd too.
