Nero History Logs

    Nero History Logs

    Is there a setting in Nero to generate these logs?, because I cant find mine anywhere, So I assume they are not being made 6.6.0.14

          I have searched every where I can think of, no luck, I dont think any logs are being generated.

              Could be that they are gone if you recently updated Nero.

                Its not there...Thanks Cynthia, but I have only used this version since I got this computer, last Nov.

                  Perhaps you have some general disc cleaning tool that removed the .log files?

                      Searched .log and found many....Asked Nero support maybe they can tell me if there is a on/off setting, I think this is the first time I have looked for one

                        when i had nero 5.5 on my system i noticed there were no histrory.log file either. there is a thread i started here somewhere. no solution was found as i recall, i just upgraded to nero 6.

                            I don't usually look either, unless I have a problem, but I guess it is a good idea to check it periodically.

                            that's probablly the best bet

                            In the meantime;

                            You could - open smartstart/extras/get system info

                            Not a log, but will tell you lots of stuff about your system.

                            Let us know what nero tech says about the missing log.
