Uninstall it and run the Nero Cleaner and when you reinstall it make sure incd is unchecked

if you followed the directions and got a good install then nero should burn
from shrink now.

I thought that it burned from shrink not nero. so we are burning from nero after it shrinks it down? guess that is the part I am confused.

Dvd Shrink makes the dvd fit on a single layer & if you have it checked with everything set up properly will call Nero to burn.

Yes, DVD Shrink calls Ner0 to burn. It looks like DVD Shrink but is really Ner0.

Do yourself a favour an use ImgBurn. From DVD Shrink:

Backup → ISO Image File.

Then doubleclick on the ISO to launch ImgBurn and burn. There's also a version hanging around that burns direct with ImgBurn. Search the forums for this - it's in a sticky in the DVD Shrink forum, I think.
