      Nero is saying you don't have all the recquired files to complete the task. Look in the file to see if you do.

      BTW your Nero is way out of date you might want to look for an upgrade.

          Your firmware is also as old as the hills, but the last update was last year so it looks like LG has abandonded support for this drive...current version is A304 and can be found here:
