Default I can't burn a movie. TRF cannot connect. WHY?

I am having troubles with my DVD burning. I use DVDFabDecrypter and DVD Shrink 3.2 and I get a log file that tells me "Error:/nCannot connect TRF." What is TRF and how can I fix this problem?

This is a pasted section of my Nero log report....................................I have made the error section red/bold/underlined.

    Thank you for your help.
