Disc Application/Physical Code - Does it matter?

I have looked thru older posts, from a few years ago, & I have found references to this; <B>Disc Application Code: 64, Disc Physical Code: 193</B>

Members in those posts stated that the difference in the two numbers cause burning issues. Is this true? Is it something to be concerned about?

Looking thru the various burning logs, it looks like the numbers never match...
