Default Nero 7 Is it worth it?

I am thinking of upgrading from Nero 6 to Nero 7.
From someone who has used both, Id appreciate your opinion. Is it worth it?What better features does it have. Thanks in advance.
I know that Imgburn is out there for free, but have my reasons for wanting to stay with Nero.

I still use nero 6 for some burning. I never felt a need for nero 7 with IMGburn being free nero 6 does everything I need it to.

for my movies I never use nero any more. So I would think that if you have nero 6 why pay to up grade?

It looks to me as Nero 6 will not get any more updates. Nero 7.5 works nice here.

Nero has it's place and so does Imgburn....I'd stick with what you have for now until a real need arises to upgrade. You still have Imgburn for when you need it and the versatility of Nero.

    Question

    Hi Cynthia,

    3 Questions ...

Q1: Between "Nero 7 Ultra Edition" and "Roxio Easy Media Creator 7" ... which one would you pick and why?

Q2: What features of your NERO 7.5 do you use the most? Or like the best?

Q3: I have heard that Nero and Roxio are based on different VIDEO paltforms ... which one do you think is more stable? I have heard Roxio might be better!?!?!?

    Thanks,

    G!

    Thanks,

    Hello,
Roxio is known to conflict with many other programs. In my opinion installing Roxio is like installing a virus to your computer. I used it a few years ago and got rid of it for ever.

If picking between Roxio or Nero I would say Nero.

I agree - please let's stay on topic. I know it is easy to get distracted and only answer the last post but this ignores the original poster's right to have his or her question answered.

    Regards

Thanks again PA. Im sure Nero does a comparison.
What i was hoping for was an unbiased opinion from actual users.

I have Nero 7 and to tell you the truth I don't see much of a difference from 6.The one thing I do like is the updated Nero Player I think it rivales MPC with picture quality
