Actually after I rip a DVD, I can't even make a data DVD using nero. So I can't even take a single *.doc file and write it to a DVD. So this has nothing to do with shrink.

If I were you weaver, I would reformat my computer and start all over.

          chewy,
How would you go about actually cleaning up all those entries/drivers? (Other than a reformat?) Can you just search for them & delete them?

              1. run this http://forum.digital-digest.com/show...3&postcount=11

2,3 and 4 come from some old drivers not meant for windows xp
              google Tpp200.sys etc
              maybe add and remove programs

              5. http://tools.roxio.com/support/tools/roxizap.exe

              6. uninstall Incd then run the incd clean tool

while you are there run the registry checker and driver clean tool

see jmet's and my stickies in general computing for fixing windows

last but not least I would uninstall nero, run the general clean tool and reinstall 6.6.0.18

But Jmet was right, the best thing would be a clean install of windows
