    Making A Video Clip Playable To Dvd

    Guys

    How do I convert a video clip into a file playable on dvd and burn to an empty dvd?

    please help I have a lot of music video clips, I just dont know how to burn them and make them playable to dvd player....how do I?

    Do you have Nero? Did burning software come with your DVD burner? Many ways to do it!

      avi2dvd, mediacoder, SUPER, TMPGEnc....

        ha ha you guys make it sound so easy. my nero does have a dvd burner....the last time i tried with two dvds got unplayable dvd's like some amerture hey...... so how do I use the tools you indicate to burn...are there any guides that you can irect me to.....will i need to create ifo files and bup's?

              Chewy no..I have nerosmart..will I need to download it?

              another thing is that I am busy making my favourite hit dvd's using dvd shrink. so in the end i am hoping that whatever video I make can be pulled into the favourite hits dvd that I am making with shrink....whats your take on this?

                  LT....I am back to this thread...its a slight confusion sorry I thought that I wasnt supposed to restart old threads. I' like to use Super 2006 to make my video clips into dvd format. how can I do that?

                  Could it be easier with nero?

                      Have used both,thugh not very often.SUPER is a converting programme.You still have to author the DVD.So NVE is better in the sense that it is a one-in-all tool.
                      IMO ConvertXtoDVD is a simple yet efficient tool for this purpose

                        right click on the main window, load file under "add multimedia files". select output container "mpg (mpg II)". see if you get this far. find the file frame rate

                          LT thanks, done, I added all the files, selected mpg II....is the file frame rate where there is Frame/sec...which number must I choose? what do I do next?

                              LT ok, the number I see is 25....on the box that says set per second fram of the video rendered...there is also 23.98, 29.97 and 30....what do I do next...I already fidled and added the clips and encoded...the clips i encoded got saved on the Super output some as mpg some as AVI......

                              I also downloaded a clip joiner so I think I can make all this clips into one if need be.....what do i do next? the frame rate reads 25
